Privacy Policy
Prova, a venture of Grindworks Studio, protects your privacy. This policy covers our marketing site and waitlist form. Our product (agentic control testing) operates under a separate Master Subscription Agreement and Product DPA with each design-partner customer.
1. Information We Collect
Waitlist: email, company, revenue tier, role. Stored in Supabase (US region).
Analytics: Vercel Analytics (privacy- preserving, no cookies, truncated IPs).
A/B test bucket: one first-party cookie.
2. How We Use It
- Waitlist confirmations, onboarding, consented product updates.
- Site optimization via A/B tests.
- Responding to inquiries at seungdo@grindworks.ai.
3. Sharing
No sale. No rent. Only service providers (Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Vercel Analytics) under standard DPAs.
4. Your Rights
Copy / deletion requests: seungdo@grindworks.ai. CCPA / CPRA / CT / CO / VA / UT / GDPR fulfilled within 30 days.
5. Cookies
One first-party cookie for A/B bucket persistence. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.
6. Retention
Waitlist: active waitlist + 6 months post-launch, or on request. Analytics: 90 days.
